The EDUX1002x oscilloscopes feature 7" LCD WQVGA display with intuitive user interface and 50,000wfms/s update rate performance for clearly seeing glitches and anomalies. These oscilloscopes come with optional built-in instruments such as the digital voltmeter, 20MHz WaveGen, protocol analyzer (software), frequency counter, and frequency response analyzer.
