Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 Series MobileFPGA Family includes ultra-low power devices with flexible logic architecture. These FPGAs include five devices with densities ranging from 384 to 7680 Look-Up Tables (LUTs) for LM, LP, and HX series and 2800 or 5280 4-input LUTs for UltraPlus series. These devices feature Embedded Block RAM (EBR), Non-volatile Configuration Memory (NVCM) and Phase Locked Loops (PLLs).
